Admissions Decisions Season gets off to a good start!

I just opened my first acceptance email.

And I’m in Davis!

I don’t want to go to Davis, and I was never really worried about my chances of getting in. So I WAS a little blasé about it at first. But after about a minute I realized that if my first letter had been a rejection, I would have been DEVASTATED. So, hopefully this acceptance gets the admissions decisions season off to a good start for me!

Still, it’s only Davis; it wasn’t important enough to warrant a phone call to all my loved ones. So I sent out text messages instead : )

Anyhow, now I have to go respond to “Congratulations” texts.
